What to expect at the door
The technician will ask for ID or another way to confirm you have lawful possession of the car or property. Then the door gets opened with the tools meant for that lock, which for most residential and automotive locks means no damage at all.
After it is open, we check the lock. A lot of lockouts are really a lock problem: a worn cylinder, a latch that stopped catching, a deadbolt that sticks. If that is what we find, we tell you and give you the pricing structure to fix it. Whether you do it then or later is up to you.

I have a spare key at home. Should I wait for it?
If someone can bring it in a reasonable time, that is the cheapest fix and we will say so. If not, call and we will come.
