Access control in Bethlehem, PA
Keypads, card readers and fob readers on the doors of your business, so a lost key means deleting a code instead of changing a lock.
Keys that can be deleted
The problem with keys is that you cannot take one back. An employee leaves, a contractor finishes, a tenant moves, and the key goes with them. A keypad or a card reader fixes that: each person gets a code or a credential, and when they leave you delete it. The door never has to be rekeyed again.
We install standalone units for one or two doors, and small networked systems for a building where you want to manage everything from one place. Electric strikes and maglocks are fitted to the existing door and frame, and a mechanical key override stays in place for power failures.

Where it fits
Doors we are asked to put readers on most often.
- Staff entrances at shops and restaurants
- Office suites with changing headcount
- Apartment building entrances
- Stock rooms and supply closets
- Gyms, studios and clubs with member access
- Server rooms and records storage
We install and program the door hardware and the readers, and we leave you with the admin access to run it yourself.

Access control questions
What happens in a power cut?
Electric strikes fail secure by default, so the door stays locked and the mechanical key works. Maglocks release when power drops, which is why they are used on fire-exit doors; we will explain which your door needs.
Can tenants use their phones instead of a fob?
Some systems support it. If that matters to you, say so when you call and we will spec a system that does.
Is a keypad secure if everyone knows the code?
Give everyone their own code. Then nobody shares, and you can see who came in and when on systems that log events.
