I rent. Can you let me in?
Yes, with ID that matches the address or a lease. For a lock change rather than an opening, you will need your landlord's permission.
The key turns but the door will not open.
That is usually a broken latch or a deadbolt that has jumped, not a lockout. Say that on the phone and we will come ready to repair it.
Can you open a garage door or a shed?
Side doors and locked sheds, yes. Automatic garage doors are a different trade, but the keyed lock on a garage side door is ours.
Do you charge more at night?
No. The price is the same during all of our hours, and there is no extra fee for emergencies.
