Is a night call more expensive?
No. The price is the same during all of our hours. Call during business hours and the price you hear is the price you pay, day or evening.
Will you damage my door or car?
Almost never. We open locks with the tools made for that lock. On the rare occasion a lock has to be drilled, you will hear that before it happens, along with what it costs to replace.
Can you come if I am not the owner?
We need the person with lawful possession on site, or their authorization. For a rental, that can be the tenant with ID matching the address.
